We form, taper and shape each tube for its particular placement and end-use. These steps result in a lightweight, responsive frame that minimizes rider fatigue and maintains quality.

The Hydroform manufacturing process is used to create lightweight, stiff and strong aluminum frames. With hydroforming – an internal hydraulic forming process - Felt is able to eliminate the need for gussets and can use radically shaped tubes to optimize the bike’s ride quality.
