Felt Riders Ready for Road Worlds

The 2012 UCI Road World Championships are underway September 16-23 in Limburg, The Netherlands, and a strong lineup of Felt athletes will be competing for medals in the road and time trial events.

The weeklong Worlds kicks off with a new event, team time trials for pro men’s and women’s teams. The Felt-sponsored Argos-Shimano men’s team has a strong squad for the September 16 race from Sittard to Valkenburg that features three climbs including the Cauberg, made famous by the Amstel Gold spring classic, near the finish of the tough 53.2km race. In the women’s TTT, Felt will be represented by the Exergy Twenty12 team in a 34.2km race on a course that also includes the Cauberg climb.

The six-man Argos-Shimano squad, made up of two Dutchmen, two Germans, a Belgian and a Frenchman, will be competing on their Felt DA time trial bikes.
